The Telephone Services staff is available to assist the University of Delaware departments with all of their telephone needs and questions. Requests for directory assistance, telephone equipment and phone number installations, moves, adds and changes are all handled by our staff. We are available to answer your telephone questions on equipment, phone lines, and billing. Telephone Services also provides a detailed consolidated monthly phone bill for the departments which includes long distance, equipment and service charges. Our hours of operation are 8 am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Customer service is Telephone Services' main focus. Our responsibility of answering all calls made to the University's main number makes us the first point of contact for prospective students and others needing University information. To maximize customer service support for the University's faculty and staff, we offer telephone training, assistance and advice to personnel who want to optimize their existing telephone capabilities. We also are available to provide needs analysis of your existing phone system. Departments looking to expand or whose telephone needs have changed, will benefit from speaking with the Telephone Services staff.

***Note to Clients using calling cards - Our calling card provider, Paetec, has been purchased by Windstream. As a result of this transition, Windstream has decommissioned the platform used generate international calls from overseas to the U.S. We are working diligently with our new provider to create new accounts and calling cards on the new platform that will restore overseas functionality.***
