UD’s Kyle Schmid led the Hens to a Delaware Invitational sweep.

The UD men's team men had the top five individual finishers, led by medalist Kyle Schmid, to easily outdistance the field, while the UD women's team edged Towson University. The men dominated the meet again with 15 points, well ahead of runner-up George Mason University with 78 points. The University of North Carolina Wilmington was third with 83 points, followed by Hofstra (94), Stockton (151), Wilmington College (191), Delaware State (194), Coppin State (211), Lincoln (227) and Morgan State (271).

The women, who won the title despite having just two top 10 finishers, had 51 points and edged Towson by just two points. UNC Wilmington was third with 63 points, followed by Hofstra (64), Morgan State (153), Stockton (165), Delaware State (197), Wilmington College (242), Lincoln (261) and Coppin State (299).
