Men’s ice hockey club takes four straight 12:10 p.m., Nov. 13, 2006--UD's men's ice hockey club has won four consecutive games over the past two weekends, defeating Duquesne 7-6 on Nov. 3 and 5-2 on Nov. 4 and Towson 8-2 on Nov. 10 and 7-0 on Nov. 11. On Oct. 21, UD defeated top-ranked University of Rhode Island 3-1 before suffering two losses to Washington and Jefferson College on Oct. 27 and 28. Earlier in the season UD had twice triumphed over Washington and Jefferson, once in overtime. UD plays Buffalo at 8:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 17, and again at 5 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 18, in the Gold Ice Arena at UD. For more information, visit [www.udhockey.com/]. |
