Hen volleyball team second in tournament 1:19 p.m., April 12, 2005--The University of Delaware volleyball team finished in second place at the Claudia Mayer Breast Cancer Foundation Tournament hosted by Towson University last weekend. UD, which is in the midst of its spring scrimmage season, won five of its six games in pool play, defeating American University (30-28, 30-22), Morgan State University (30-18, 30-21) and George Washington University (32-30, 28-30). The Fightin’ Blue Hens won their pool and advanced to the finals where they fell to host and defending Colonial Athletic Association champion Towson by a 30-25, 30-27 score.
