Richardson selected CAA Rookie of Week

12:15 p.m., April 19, 2005--Freshman right fielder Dan Richardson of the University of Delaware baseball team has been named the Colonial Athletic Association Rookie of the Week.
Playing in five games for the Fightin’ Blue Hens last week, Richardson batted .474 with three doubles, two home runs, five runs scored and six runs batted in. Overall this season, Richardson is second on the team with a .333 batting average.
