Hens slide to No. 13 in Division I-AA poll 4:15 p.m., Oct. 3, 2005--After a 35-31 loss at Towson University on Saturday, the University of Delaware football team has slipped eight spots to No. 13 in the Sports Network NCAA Division I-AA poll. The Fightin Blue Hens are one of five Atlantic 10 Conference teams in the top 25, with the University of New Hampshire solidifying its hold on No. 1 with a victory over Villanova. James Madison, the defending national champion, is ranked No. 5, followed by UD at No. 13, the College of William & Mary at No. 17 and the University of Massachusetts at No. 18.
