A two-time College Sports Information Directors of America District 2 All-Academic selection, Geib was a four-year starter for the nationally ranked UD field hockey team under Head Coach Carol Miller. She was a co-captain on the 2004 team. Geib earned all-conference honors all four years of her career, was a three-time all-region selection and earned second team National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-American honors in 2004.
