Catering offers terrific tailgate menus 4:05 p.m., Sept. 7, 2005--This fall, Dining Services offers football fans winning tailgate menus. There are four to chose from--“YoUDee B.Q” for $14.95 per person, “Grid Iron Gourmet” for $16.10 per person, “Champions Choice” for $20.75 per person and “Game Day Brunch” for $18.10 per person. All menus include a main course, salads, side dishes, muffins, cookies or other desserts and beverages, plus paper products and necessary staffing.
