Hens’ Hogan is named CAA Rookie of the Week

9:10 a.m., March 15, 2005--University of Delaware women's lacrosse freshman defender Katie Hogan has been named the Colonial Athletic Association Rookie of the Week.

Hogan played a large role in the Fightin’ Blue Hens’ season opening 12-9 victory over Rutgers University, scoring a pair of goals.

UD will host Villanova University at 3 p.m., Wednesday, at Rullo Stadium.
