Senior Graham powers Blue Hen baseball team

11:20 a.m., April 27, 2005--University of Delaware senior second baseman Ryan Graham had two home runs and five runs batted in to lead the Fightin’ Blue Hens to a 16-4 victory over Wilmington College on Tuesday at Bob Hannah Stadium.

UD pitcher Chad Kerfoot earned the win, working seven innings and allowing just three hits and one earned run.

With the victory, the Hens improved to 19-19. They will travel to George Washington University for a game on Thursday afternoon, April 28.

UD will host the College of William and Mary in a Colonial Athletic Association weekend series, with games at 3 p.m., Friday, April 29, at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 30, and at 1 p.m., Sunday, May 1.

In Tuesday’s win, the Hens got two hits each from Graham, shortstop Todd Davison, catcher Brian Valichka, left fielder Bryan Hagerich, center fielder Brandon Menchaca and right fielder Dan Richardson. Joining Graham with home runs were Buber, Menchaca and Richardson.
