Michael Cotsell, professor of English, served as director of a Shakespeare Camp for 10-year-olds at Wilmington Montessory School.

Farley Grubb, professor of economics, chaired the Nevin’s Dissertation Panel, charged to pick the best dissertation on economic history on a North American topic written in 2003-04, at the Economic History Association annual meeting, Sept. 10-13, San Jose, Calif. He also was selected to chair the association’s committee on administration for 2005-06.

Michael Podmaniczky, adjunct associate professor of art conservation, served as guest tutor for an 11-day summer school program titled “Conservation Meets Its Maker,” at West Dean College, West Sussex, England.

Arno Loessner, associate professor of urban affairs and public policy, served with an American delegation that visited Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, June 28-July 3, to advise on the development of their public administration program, the MPA degree and the overall teaching, research and public service program.
