Policy Name: Professional and Salaried Staff Attendance Records
To insure record keeping uniformity within University departments and to meet applicable legal requirements for work records, the following forms (may be electronic) are used and maintained within the organizational unit:
The Employee Call-Off Record: This form is used to record notices of absence reported by employees.
Time Report For Salaried Staff Employees: This record is completed by the individual employee.
University of Delaware-Vacation and Sick Leave Log/Daily Work Record: This is a summary of an employee's attendance, vacation and sick leave for the fiscal year.
