The 2021 Virtual Summer Job Shadow Program is now open for applications!

Offered during the week of June 7, this job shadowing program allows students to learn more about various professions, receive career-related advice and reflect on the ways in which their education can prepare them for life after college by conducting a 1:1 virtual information interview with an employer or alum. During your job shadow session, your host will talk about the path that led them to where they are today, what their day-to-day is like and any advice they have for a student interested in potentially pursuing a similar career.

By applying to a shadowing opportunity posted in Handshake between April 28 and May 12, students will be part of an application pool to be matched with an employer or an alum in their desired industry area. Students are notified of their hosts by May 19.

Log into Handshake to apply. All opportunities will be listed under "UD Summer Job Shadow."
