Innovative Delaware Educator Awards

Empowering forward-thinking educators

The Innovative Delaware Educators Awards (IDEAs) celebrate educators who provide "wheels up" moments for their high school students and school communities, and share their amazing ideas with the broader community. IDEAs are mini-grants for educators of up to $500 to be used on implementing innovative projects in their schools.

2020 Award Recipients & Projects

Eligibility

Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Work in a school in Delaware
  • Must be a full-time, secondary educator involved with learning and curriculum and/or classroom instruction (any subject)
  • Worked in the Delaware high school for at least one year
