GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Group exercise classes are group workouts led by a certified instructor who can provide assistance with proper form and execution. These in-person and virtual classes are a great way to find motivation, stay accountable to your goals, and build connections with colleagues– all leading to help you get the results you’ve been looking for. You can find a group exercise class to fit any and all of your fitness needs. Check out our offerings below and register to take a class either in-person or virtually. An All-Access Membership is required to register and participate in all live group exercise classes.

In-Person Fitness Classes:

August 30 - December 18, 2021

 

Register for all in-person fitness classes through the Registration Portal. Registration window opens 24 hours in advance of class start time, and closes 1 minute prior to the start of class. All in-person classes take place at Carpenter Sports Building (CSB). Please complete the COVID-19 Symptom Check and arrive at least 5 minutes early to your class to check in with the instructor and set up equipment. All masks are required to be worn within the facility.

Live Virtual Fitness Classes:

August 30 - December 18, 2021

 

Register for all virtual fitness classes through the Registration Portal. Registration window opens 24 hours in advance of class start time, and closes 5 minute after the start of class. Join class by returning back to the registration page and clicking the “Join Session” button within the check-in period, which is 15 minutes before the class starts and 10 minutes after the class has started. Please note that the schedule is susceptible to change.

Unable to make it to one of our live fitness classes? Not a problem! We record all of our virtual classes for on-demand viewing. The on-demand library is open to all UD employees, retirees and spouses through UD Capture after logging in with your CAS login.
