GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Group exercise classes are group workouts led by a certified instructor who can provide assistance with proper form and execution. Group exercise is a great way to find motivation, stay accountable to your goals, and build connections with colleagues– all leading to help you get the results you’ve been looking for. 
 

An All-Access Membership is required to register and participate in all live group exercise classes. Check out our offerings below and register to take an in-person employee only class on the Registration Portal.

In-Person FALL Fitness Classes:

Starting August 29, 2022

Register for all fitness classes through the Registration Portal. Registration window opens 7 days in advance of class start time, and closes 1 minute prior to the start of class. Classes either take place at Carpenter Sports Building (CSB) on N. College Avenue or the Delaware Field House* on S. College Avenue.**Formats without registered participants will be removed from the day's group fitness offerings one hour prior to the scheduled start time.** For the most up-to-date COVID-19 information, visit UD's COVID website.
