Group exercise classes are group workouts led by a certified fitness instructor who can provide assistance with proper form and execution of exercises. Group exercise are is a great way to find motivation, stay accountable to your goals, and build connections with colleagues - all leading to help you get the results you've been looking for! An All-Access Membership is required for employees, retirees, and spouses to register and participate in all in-person employee-only group exercise classes. Classes either take place at Carpenter Sports Building (CSB) on N. College Avenue or the Delaware Field House* on S. College Avenue.

Class registration opens 1 week before the start of a class program and closes 1 minute prior to the class start time. Early registration allows All-Access Membership members to have a guaranteed spot in our group fitness class offerings. Please register as early as possible if you plan on attending so that the instructor can plan their class ahead of time to accommodate the number of people in the room, special exercise options, music, and more. Please note: If there are 0 employees registered for a class 1 hour prior to the class start time, the class will be canceled and removed from the day's group fitness offerings on the Registration Portal. For more information, visit our FAQs webpage or email

  1. “Log in” on the Registration Portal with your CAS credentials
  2. Select “Employee Wellbeing Fitness Classes”
  3. Scroll down list and select on the specific program you are wanting to attend
  4. Select “Register“, “Accept” waiver if applicable, and “Checkout” to complete registration

If there is a time you register in advance for a class, but you come to find that you are unable to attend the class, please cancel your registration in the Registration Portal. By removing your registration, our instructors know who to expect or not expect in a class, as well as frees up a spot for another member to attend the class, especially if the class is full.


Please follow the steps below to cancel your class registration:

  1. Go to and “Sign In” to your account using CAS credentials
  2. Click on your username in top right-hand corner of the dashboard
  3. In the drop-down menu, select “Profile”
  4. Select “Program Registrations” from the list on the left of the page
  5. Click on the 3 dots next to the class that you would like to remove your registration
  6. Select “Cancel Registration”
  7. Confirm your cancellation by selecting “Yes, cancel registration”
