WELLBEING AMBASSADORS

Wellbeing Ambassadors from tabling event

Employee Health & Wellbeing (EHW) has taken this past year to retool our Ambassador Program and we are excited to have you join us! In order to foster a culture on campus that places value on health and wellbeing, EHW works on the individual level, the team level, and the organizational level. As the Future of Working at UD is taking shape, our Wellbeing Ambassadors are an integral piece of this puzzle. The Wellbeing Ambassador network can directly impact the ‘teams’ tier.

Wellbeing Ambassadors will have the opportunity to directly impact their own teams, acting as an extension of the EHW program. We will offer educational opportunities, chances to connect with a network of other Wellbeing Ambassadors at UD, and tools you can use when working directly with your teams. In addition, our Wellbeing Ambassadors have the opportunity to provide feedback to the EHW team, helping us to shape programs, policies, and the Future of Working at UD.
