What is the All-Access Membership?
The All-Access Membership (AAM) allows UD employees, retirees and their spouses to participate in Employee Health & Wellbeing specialty programs for an annual one-time payment of 75 dollars. Benefited employees may use wellness dollars to offset the full cost of membership! The new AAM program year begins every July 1. Programs listed in the All-Access Membership cannot be purchased individually.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Once you are enrolled in the All-Access Membership, you will have annual access to:
- Large scale programs, i.e. Walktober
- Employee only fitness classes (both in-person and live virtual)
- Cooking classes, including HealthyU and Let’s Cook!
- Discounts on fitness services like personal training
- Health Check with the UD Health Coaching Clinic
- Virtual or In-Person (at UD’s STAR Health, 2nd floor of the Tower)
- A 60 minute, one-on-one health coaching session to develop a clear strategy for your health journey.
- Optional biometric screening (in-person): In 90 seconds, a simple finger prick will be used to measure your current non-fasting cholesterol, blood sugar, body mass index and blood pressure.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The All-Access Membership is available to UD Employees, Spouses, and Retirees for the purchase of $75 wellness dollars and/or $75 actual dollars. All full-time and part-time benefited employees and benefited retirees receive $75 wellness dollars at the start of the fiscal year (July 1, 2022). Wellness dollars renew each fiscal year and do not roll over year after year.
To utilize your wellness dollars to purchase the All-Access Membership, please complete this form and one of our staff members will process your wellness dollars within 1-2 business days on or after July 1.
Miscellaneous wage employees and spouses do not receive wellness dollars and must pay $75 out of pocket for the All-Access Membership. If you are a part-time employee or spouse, please complete this form and go to the registration portal to pay by credit card for your membership.
If you have already utilized your wellness dollars for an employee locker or other wellness service, you must also complete this form and pay $75 out of pocket for the membership with a credit card on the registration portal.
