Employee Health and Wellbeing aims to create a culture that allows employees to be their best, both on and off the clock. By offering a wide variety of programs through multiple modalities (live-virtual, pre-recorded, podcasts, and blogs), the department staff strives to meet the diverse needs of UD employees, spouses, retirees, and their families.
The Nurse Managed Primary Care Center (NMPCC) is conveniently located on campus and provides a full range of employee healthcare services that focus on enhancing indivduals' overall health, including illness treatment, injury care, immunizations, chronic illness management, physicals, and medication prescription. The NMPCC accepts most health insurance plans with payment options available for individuals without healthcare insurance as well.

Exercise counseling is beneficial for anyone looking to start, improve, or maintain their current physical activity routine. Clinical exercise physiologists can help clients prevent or manage chronic health conditions, weight, stress and/or anxiety.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) provide medical nutrition therapy counseling for individuals and group nutrition education classes that include disease prevention to support optimal health and medical illness management. Nutrition counseling includes diet analyses, individualized meal plans, and/or tips and strategies for living a healthy lifestyle.

Clinical health coaches motivate and empower clients to achieve better health outcomes, assisting them in making real-world, long-lasting behavioral changes. Areas of coaching focus may be; stress management, time management, sleep, physical activity or even healthy eating strategies. Consultations can be face-to-face, telephone- or video-based, or within group settings.

The Delaware Physical Therapy Clinic is the State’s premier outpatient clinic that offers a full slate of professional physical therapy services and provides a unique environment where physical therapists, students, and researchers work together to implement cutting-edge treatment to patients from the University and the surrounding community.

The speech-language-hearing team offers comprehensive care for adults and children, including screenings, evaluation, individual, and group treatment plans using evidence-based practices and extensive clinical expertise in their state-of-the-art facility.

The Ergonomics Program assists University employees with the identification and modification of work-related ergonomic risk factors to ensure a safe and healthful work environment. Services include no-charge, on-site Workstation Consultations, Computer Workstation Ergonomic training sessions, the Ergonomic Chair Loan Program, and the Ergonomic Equipment Loan Program for computer workstations to determine ergonomic risk factors and recommend appropriate adjustments.

The Lab School serves the University of Delaware as a model of inclusive early childhood education addressing the needs and strengths of varied populations. We welcome children aged 6 months–6 years and their families into our developmentally supportive part-time and full-time programs that range from infants to kindergarten.
The University of Delaware Early Learning Center is a premier Early Learning Center located on the university’s children’s campus. The Learning Center has been providing and promoting child-centered early education for children 6 weeks to grade 5 for over 15 years.
UD Information Technologies (UDIT) provides the University with a robust technology environment that allows students, faculty and staff to pursue academic studies, conduct top-flight research, and manage university operations easily and effectively.

Fall 2022-2023 Parking Information
- Parking permits will be available for purchase Monday, August 1, 2022 at www.udel.edu/permits
- Auto-renewal emails and permit information will be sent August 1, 2022
· If you are not sure if your permit is set to renew automatically, check the first character of your permit number. If the first character is the letter A, then it will be renewed automatically. If the first character starts with a number, then it will not renew automatically.
- Parking fees for 2022-2023 have not been finalized. Check Inside UDaily around July 1, 2022 for our announcement.
- Employees, students and other customers can change their parking at any time or check items on their parking account by going to www.udel.edu/permits. Click on "login" in the upper right-hand corner and follow the onscreen instructions.

- Add/delete waitlists for parking permit types/lots
- Request for Services–A parking webform is available in the blanks tab of UD webforms. Departments can use this form to order validations, request event parking and service vehicle passes. Current department customers will receive an email with further information and an available date.
