Recipe: Cantaloupe and watermelon smoothie

Cantaloupe is a refreshing summer fruit packed with vitamins A and C! It goes great with dessert, in summer salads and in fruit bowls. Choose this healthier option over processed sweets anytime!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe 
  • Juice from one lime
  • 5-10 mint leaves (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. 
  2. Blend for about one minute.
  3. Chill for an hour (optional)
  4. Serve and enjoy
