Wellspring promotes students' behavioral and emotional wellness, and helps students evaluate options for maintaining healthy lifestyles, through prevention, intervention, support, and education.

Wellspring is an adjunct office of the Center for Counseling and Student Development at the University of Delaware. We provide health promotion and supportive counseling for students on a variety of wellness topics including: nutrition and fitness, body image and eating disorders, alcohol and other drugs, sexuality, healthy relationships, sexually transmitted infections, contraceptives, sexual assault, stalking and dating violence, holistic wellness, stress management, relaxation techniques, massage, smoking cessation, and other related topics. [We are in the white house just before Morris Library if you are heading north on South College Ave/Rt. 896, and behind the brick wall; or just past the library on the left if you are heading south on South College. If you are coming from the green with Morris Library on your right, Robinson Hall straight ahead, and New Castle/Cannon Residence Halls diagonally on the left, our building is across the parking lot to the right behind the trees.]

Accessibility Warning: Persons with disabilities or injuries that require a wheelchair, cane or crutches, please be aware that our first floor is accessible through use of an outdoor elevator on the side of our building which will lift you to an entrance door. Our second floor is not accessible, so if you need to meet with one of the four staff members who have offices there, arrangements can be made in advance for an alternate meeting location. If you make your appointment by phone and inform our staff of your needs, we will make the appropriate arrangements. We apologize for this inconvenience.
