Feeling great and performing at your best are the best benefits, but if you complete the program you will also be eligible for a grand prize drawing. Stop by the Healthy Hens Fair in Trabant Student Center on November 18th to learn more, see the Healthy Hens website, or call Student Health at 831-2226 for more information.

- Participating on campus-wide committees as student representatives of Wellspring to share student viewpoints about pertinent health information;
- Planning and assisting with special campus-wide events designed to make learning about wellness issues informative, interactive and fun;
- Providing individual peer consultation, including referral and confidential support;

- Recruiting and training new Pow! group members.
Potential Pow! members DO NOT have to be health-knowledgeable to join! We'll teach you all you need to know. All group members are volunteers; most are undergrads at the UD. Both men and women participate in our group, and we make it our practice to welcome and accept anyone who has the basic skills and, most importantly, the desire to perform the functions of the group. Preference in selection is given to individuals who can participate in the entire training as well as those who have significant time to dedicate to fulfilling the mission of the group.
For more information about the general expectations of POW! members and weekly functioning of the group, read our Expectations page.
Upcoming Events!

130 Sharp Lab
Learn about birth control options and bring your questions for the "Ask the Sexologist" portion of the program when Dr. Cat Dukes (Ph.D. in Human Sexuality) will entertain any questions you have!
Movie Showing for World AIDS Day: House of Numbers
120 Smith Hall
"This is the first film to present the uncensored POVs of virtually all the major players; in their own settings, in their own words. It rocks the foundation upon which all conventional wisdom regarding HIV/AIDS is based. House of Numbers could well be the opening volley in a battle to bring sanity and clarity to an epidemic gone awry." MEET THE FILMMAKERS: Brent Leung and David Snyder will be available after the screening for Q&A about the film. Take advantage of this rare opportunity to ask the directors your questions! Sponsored by the LGBT Office and Wellspring.
