Healthy Hens

Be a Healthy Hen!

The Student Health Service is offering a new program this year called Healthy Hens, to help students in achieving optimal health, specifically regarding exercise, nutrition and sleep. Feeling great and performing at your best are the best benefits, but if you complete the program you will also be eligible for a grand prize drawing. Stop by the Healthy Hens Fair in Trabant Student Center on November 18th to learn more, see the Healthy Hens website, or call Student Health at 831-2226 for more information.


 

Application Process

Pow!'s application process occurs in the spring semester each year. If it is not winter session or early in the spring semester, you are encouraged to return to the website for next year's process. The information below is updated annually.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Please complete the online application (or print & submit a hard copy to the Wellspring Office at 231 South College Avenue), no later than Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at NOON.

INTERVIEWING PROCESS: In-person interviews will be held with selected applicants in the evening on Tuesday, March 17th, 5-7pm and Friday March 20th, 3-5pm. Applicants will be contacted by a representative of Pow! to set up their specific interview date and time slot. Applicants will be notified of their status prior to Spring Break. Attendance at April Training Dates is MANDATORY for those applicants accepted to be Pow! Peer Educators.
