Healthy Hens

Be a Healthy Hen!

The Student Health Service is offering a new program this year called Healthy Hens, to help students in achieving optimal health, specifically regarding exercise, nutrition and sleep. Feeling great and performing at your best are the best benefits, but if you complete the program you will also be eligible for a grand prize drawing. Stop by the Healthy Hens Fair in Trabant Student Center on November 18th to learn more, see the Healthy Hens website, or call Student Health at 831-2226 for more information.


 

Cancelling a Program

If you have made a programming request and have received back a confirmation of a specific date and time in which your program is to occur and you now need or wish to cancel that program, PLEASE:

CALL WELLSPRING @ 831-3457 ASAP, preferably 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time, AND CANCEL THE PROGRAM WITH THE SECRETARY AND/OR LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE WELLSPRING VOICE MAIL BY PRESSING "2" AFTER THE VOICE PROMPT.

DO NOT SEND E-MAIL unless you are cancelling the program with at least a week's lead time.

IF IT IS AFTER 5 P.M. ON THE SAME EVENING AS YOUR SCHEDULED PROGRAM WHICH YOU NOW NEED TO CANCEL:

a.) IF YOU HAVE A DIRECT CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE PERSON WHO IS TO DO YOUR PROGRAM, CALL THEM ASAP.

b.) IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DIRECT CONTACT NUMBER OR THE PRESENTER DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR DIRECT LINE, PLEASE LEAVE A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE @ 831-1530.

c.) IF YOU HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL AT REACHING ANYONE LIVE-LINE, PLEASE PLAN TO HAVE SOMEONE MEET THE PRESENTER AT THE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED TIME AND LOCATION TO TELL THEM THAT THE PROGRAM HAS BEEN CANCELLED!
