Set-up and Instructions for hand massage: Participants will pair off and use oil to massage each others' hands and forearms. Please remove all jewelry from the hands and wrists and roll up sleeves. If you have significant allergies or skin sensitivities, please bring your own massage lotion or oil to the program.
