So now that you have completed your health screening and have your BMI, cholesterol, blood pressure and glucose numbers, what does it all mean? What can you do to improve them? Join us for a lively conversation about "Healthy Eating for Healthy Numbers". This workshop will be led by Tracey Sinibaldi, owner of TKS Nutrition, LLC who is a registered, licensed dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Educator.

Topics for discussion include:
  • Exploring the link between what you eat and your numbers
  • Navigating restaurant and convenience foods for healthy numbers
  • Learn the 7 steps for improving these numbers
This presentation is open to all faculty and staff, but is designed especially for those who attended a "Know Your Numbers" screening. Seating is limited and registration is required.
