Join us for a lively conversation about "Healthy Eating for Healthy Numbers". This workshop will be led by Tracey Sinibaldi, owner of TKS Nutrition, LLC who is a registered, licensed dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Educator.

Navigating restaurant and convenience foods for healthy numbers
Learn the 7 steps for improving these numbers
This presentation is open to all faculty and staff, but is designed especially for those who attended a "Know Your Numbers" screening. Seating is limited and registration is required.
