Fitness Services/Lockers

Wellness Dollars may be used to purchase a variety of fitness related services.

Employee Wellness Services:

Employee Wellness Center staff provide individual fitness consultations by appointment in the Employee Fitness Center, 127 Carpenter Sports Bldg., 831-1437.

Recreation Services:

Wellness Dollars may be used to purchase fitness class sessions and long term locker rentals.

Fitness Classes

Please note: All classes are conducted by Recreation Services, not by the Employee Wellness Center. Questions or concerns regarding fitness classes should be directed to Barry Miller, Assistant Director of Recreation Services, 831-1578.

Locker rental- long term locker rental in keypad accessed, employee-only locker rooms is available in the Carpenter Sports Bldg. Contact Linda Baird, 107 CSB, 831-2259, for more information.
