University employees receiving benefits,their spouses, and retirees may use the Employee Fitness Center (EFC) free of charge. The EFC is located in 127 Carpenter Sports Building just north of Main Street, behind Old College (map).

You must present your UD1 Card upon entering the building. A free orientation and a signed waiver are required of all users.

Employee Fitness Center - Fall 2009 Mondays-Thursday -- 5:00 a.m.- 11:00 p.m. Friday - 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Saturdays -- 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Sundays -- noon - 10:00 p.m.

Please note: The Employee Fitness Center is managed by Recreation Services, not by the Employee Wellness Center. Questions, suggestions or concerns regarding fitness center operations, equipment repairs, etc. should be directed to Barry Miller, Asst. Director of Recreation, 831-1578.
