Express Workout TIME/DATE:
By Appointment No time to work out? Try the Express Workout!! Gather a group of 5 to 10 co-workers who would like to attend this 30-minute workshop and we'll come to you! (Newark campus only) You provide the space and we'll provide step-by-step instructions for cardiovascular, strength training, and stretching exercises. Handouts illustrating a fun and effective 30 minute workout will be provided. Great for all fitness levels! Use the workout ideas in the EFC, at home, or in another gym.
