HMS is the University’s Employee Assistance Provider. Aside from the individualized and confidential counseling services they provide, HMS will be visiting campus to deliver various programs throughout the year. Register through HealthyU.
Employee Wellbeing has partnered with the Department of Behavioral Health and Nutrition to deliver a Healthy Cooking series in the University’s Food Lab, 204 Willard Hall.
In each class, you will work in a small team of up to 3 people to prepare your own meal in UD’s food lab. You will perfect your knife skills, learn about different cooking techniques, and learn new, healthy recipes. The winter series will consist of the following topics:
January 13: Quick and Easy 30 Minute Meals
January 20: Preparing in Advance/Batch Cooking
January 27: Recipes from your Pantry and Freezer
February 3: One Grocery Bag – 5 Meals
All classes will be held in the UD Food & Nutrition Lab, located in 204 Willard Hall from 5:15-6:15 p.m.
Single classes will cost 10 Wellness Dollars, or purchase a value pack and get all 4 classes for 30 Wellness Dollars.
