NUTRITION

The Healthy U program offers far-reaching health and wellness programs focused on education, self-care, behavioral changes, and disease prevention, as well as lifestyle modification and intervention. Program formats include on-site, self-paced and group programs.

One aspect of a healthy lifestyle is establishing good nutrition habits and maintaining a healthy weight. The key to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight isn't about short-term dietary changes. It's about a lifestyle that includes healthy eating, regular physical activity, and balancing the number of calories you consume with the number of calories your body uses. Our programs provide motivation and encouragement that will assist employees with achieving their personal goals.
