PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Physical activity renews your energy and refreshes body, mind and spirit. Self-paced physical activity challenges are offered in the fall and spring semesters to support those who wish to enhance their commitment to this practice.

Programs are designed so all can find a comfortable level of challenge and team options provide the opportunity to give and receive encouragement from co-workers. Whether you are a long-time exerciser, or just getting started, these programs will help keep you moving and feeling great.
