“Lite Lunch” Wellness Activities

Cost: 10 Wellness Dollars

Put some wellness on your lunch menu and explore creative ways to enhance your well-being. These weekly workshops are designed to help you experience different ways you can “recharge your batteries during the workday.
You’ll receive a punch card which you present at each session. Earn at least 6 punches during the program and be eligible for a drawing for a $50 gift certificate to Newark Natural Foods.
Note: Those who register for the Be Well UDelspring wellness campaign receive this program at no extra charge.
