Susan Luchey (email@example.com) is the Associate Director of the University Student Centers for Leadership Development. She has a BA in English from Western Maryland College (McDaniel) and an MA in Modern Studies with a Counseling concentration from Loyola University. She has presented on and taught leadership topics throughout her 25 year career in higher ed. Prior to arriving at UD, Susan was the Director of Student Involvement and Manager of Student Life at the University of Baltimore, where she developed and oversaw a campus-wide student leadership program. In addition, she had oversight of four departments within the division of Student Affairs, including Student Involvement, the Career Center, the Achievement and Learning Center and Campus Recreation and Wellness. Susan is an adjunct faculty member in the Merrick School of Business at UB, and she works in an educational advising role for some of the Baltimore Ravens.
Matthew Creasy (firstname.lastname@example.org) is a Program Coordinator of the University Student Centers for Leadership Development. He has a BA in Political Science with minors in Leadership Studies and History from Christopher Newport University and a M.A.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Virginia Tech. Prior to coming to UD, Matthew was a Leadership Fellow with the President's Leadership Program at CNU, responsible for leadership admissions, study abroad, workshops, and is one of the three founders of an academic research journal: the Mid-Atlantic Leadership Review. He has also worked with the Leadership Tech program at Virginia Tech, and taught in VT's Residential Leadership Community, a living-learning program for first year students. Matthew's main leadership interests are in: servant leadership, service-learning, cross cultural leadership, and personality and leadership.
