  • Bus Trips, coordinated by the A&P office, provide UD students with the opportunity to get off campus and experience something new. There are a variety of trips offered in every season, from city excursions to whitewater rafting.
  • The Student Centers Programming Advisory Board (SCPAB) works side by side with the University Student Centers to bring the best events to campus. Offering a broad assortment of events, SCPAB's objective is to provide quality programming for everyone in the UD community.

Tips & Reminders:
  • Returning Bus Trip Policy:
    Students that attend USC Bus Trips are to follow University of Delaware policies. If a student does not return to the bus at the scheduled time of departure, the bus trip leader will make several attempts to contact the student and their emergency contact (cell phone, email and social networking sites if available). After at least 15 minutes from the departure time, the bus will return to campus and follow missing student policies put in place by the University of Delaware. UDPD will take over the incident.

    All non-UD student travelers (including guests, staff, and faculty) are expected to be at the bus on time. In case of an emergency, they are expected to make attempts to reach the Bus Trip Leader if they are running late. The University of Delaware is not responsible for non-UD students.

    For Students:
    If any time during a trip there is an emergency, accident, etc, a student participant should contact the Bus Trip Leader. If they are not immediately available, a student must notify the University's Public Safety by calling (302) 831-2222.

  • Trip tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless we have canceled the trip. Trip cancellations occur only in the case of extreme weather. This means that, barring the unforeseen, all sales are final. Buy if you plan to go, and buy early as our trips will sell out!
