• An electronic (.DOC, .DOCX, .RTF, .PDF, .TXT or .HTML) copy of the cover letter and resume/CV (one document) that you wish to attach to your application (scanned documents cannot be processed using this system).

Helpful Hints:

• Create a username and password that is easy for you to remember.
• You must apply for a specific position.
• Disable any pop-up blocker software on your computer. This is a common cause of problems with uploading documents.
• You will need to provide a start date and job title for each of your previous positions.  This system will not allow you to continue without this information.

• If you are a returning user, enter your user name and password in Login box
• If you do not remember your password, click on the Login Help link in the Login box.

• Confirm your password.
• Click on “Register”.

Once you have registered/logged in, you may begin the application.

• Select “Upload a new resume” and continue.

• Select “Choose File”
• This will bring up a search box to find your resume.
• Once you select a file, please click “Upload”

• Check to make sure the correct document has been uploaded and choose “Continue”

The system will extract data from your resume to populate many of the application fields. Please check to ensure all fields have been populated correctly.

• Once you have verified all information, please select “Save” to continue the application.

This section includes education history, work experience, professional references, applicant questionnaire and referral source.

• Please select your “Highest Education Level” from the drop down menu.
• Check to ensure that your “Work Experience” and “Degrees” have populated correctly.
• If you need to update any information please click on the employer or degree that you would like to update.
• If you need to add “Work Experience” or “Degrees”, select “Add Work Experience” or “Add Degrees” to complete the necessary filed.
• Please select “Add Reference” to provide names and contact information for three professional references.

• Please select the appropriate answer to the questions.

• Where applicable, please answer the “Open Ended Questions

• Please tell us where you found out about the position you are applying for.
• Once everything on the page is complete, select “Submit” to continue.
