Thank You South Atlantics Volunteers!!
Many, many thanks to those of you who volunteered during the South Atlantics
Competition which was hosted by the UDFSC in November!! The event was a huge
success thanks to many of you. A special thanks to Anna Bloch and Barbara
Heilman who cochaired this event and spent countless hours assuring its
success.
Membership
Your Membership Registration Liability Waiver is due immediately! USFSA
membership expired on December 31, 1994. Without this waiver on file you are
not considered a member and therefore cannot compete at any competition. If
you have not returned your waiver please do so immediately. If you have any
questions please see Barbara Heilman.
Board Member Changes
Several changes have taken place in the UDFSC Board over the past couple of
months. First, and most importantly, we wish to extend our most sincere thanks
to Pete Pervi, Kay Cashell and Charles Robel who have resigned from the Board.
Each of these individuals will be missed. The Board would like to welcome
Donna Graham and Desi Moxley who have been appointed to fill two of the
positions. Donna has agreed to assume the Test Chairman position. Desi has
agreed to prepare the newsletter.
Elections
Elections for open positions on the UDFSC Board will take place in May. If you
know of someone who would like to run for one of the positions, please give
the individual's name to Donna Graham, Anna Bloch or Betty Garvin by April
1st.
Party For The Skaters
The Board has been discussing sponsoring a party for UDFSC members. Many ideas
have been suggested. Since the party is for the members, we thought it best to
ask you, the members, to tell us what type of party you would like. At the end
of this Newsletter is a "Party Suggestion Form". Please fill the form out and
drop it in the box under the mailboxes in the hallway. We will make a decision
based upon the surveys which are returned. Since we would like to hold the
party in May, it is important that the surveys be returned by March 22nd.
Test Session Dates

Wednesday, May 17th May 3rd
Applications must be submitted no later than 5 pm on the date due to be
accepted for the requested date. Donna Graham is the new test chairman. If you
are interested in volunteering during any test session, please sign up with
Donna.
Competition Form Signatures
If you need a signature on a competition form, please leave the form In the
club mailbox in the hallway. This box is checked at least once a day.
