Scholastic Honors Team
The UDFSC is proud to note that two of our members were
recognized for scholastic achievement by the USFSA during a
special ceremony at the 2001 State Farm U.S. Figure Skating
Championships in Boston, Massachusetts.
The UDFSC student-athletes honored as members of the 2001 Chevrolet/ USFSA Scholastic Honors Team were Keri Lynn Blakinger and Allison Seitchik. Congratulations on your achievement as an athlete and scholar.
Upcoming Test Sessions
The following test sessions are scheduled. If you plan to test,
be sure to get your application in by the deadlines listed below,
as these sessions are likely to fill quickly. Applications must
be in the lockbox by 5:00 p.m. on the application due dates
below.

Club Ice
Join us on Sundays, except holiday weekends, in the Rust Ice
Arena as follows:
| 5:00 - 5:45 p.m. | dance preferred session |
| 5:45 - 6:30 p.m. | freestyle preferred session |
The cost to UDFSC members is $9.00 per session or you may purchase a ticket for $70.00, which reduces the cost to $7.00 per session.
Club ice is also available at the Pond on Saturdays from 9:40- 10:40 a.m. at a cost of $9.00.
Synchronized Team Skating
Try-outs
Try-outs for the Senior team ages 14 and over --
Try-outs for all other teams except adults --

The Pond teams will have registration at 4:15-4:45 p.m. and an open practice on Sunday, April 8 at 5:00-6:00 p.m. at the Pond. The registration fee is $10. Interested skaters are encouraged to attend these try-outs. For questions, feel free to call coaches Nancy Asti on (410) 392-0558 or Marilyn Day on (302) 653-5662.

Nominations
Consider serving on the board of directors of the UD Figure
Skating Club. The figure skating club is the liaison to the
USFSA; coordinates membership and testing; and offers services
like club-sponsored ice and newsletters. Board members meet once
a month. If you are interested in serving, please leave a message
