Horn Program in Entrepreneurship hosts information session at VDC
The University of Delaware’s Horn Program in Entrepreneurship will host an open house from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Friday, Feb. 10, in the Venture Development Center. Free lunch will be provided.
“Everyone can benefit from learning to be creative, innovative and entrepreneurial, no matter what career he/she may be planning,” says Dan Freeman, founding director of the Horn Program.
The entrepreneurship open house provides the opportunity to learn about the entrepreneurship major and the e-studies and social entrepreneurship minors, as well as the Entrepreneurship Club (E-Club).
Those who attend can participate in an optional creativity activity at the Inspiration Station and talk with an academic adviser, other students and faculty members. A $25 Main Street gift card will be awarded to the student with the most interesting design.
Follow the Horn Program on Facebook and Twitter for updates and information on student events.
The entrepreneurship information session is part of 1743 Welcome Days.
