Students invited to enter Perkins Live VIP Program for perks, prizes

9:56 a.m., Sept. 3, 2015--Students who attend any of the University of Delaware’s free Friday night Perkins Live programs and Trabant Now programs this fall can swipe into events with their UD IDs to enter the Perkins Live VIP Program, gaining perks and chances to win prizes throughout the semester. 

Attendance at both Perkins Live and Trabant Now programs count toward many perks in the Perkins Live VIP Program.

There are four ways to participate in the Perkins Live VIP Program:

• The first 10 students to swipe into every Perkins Live event will receive comfortable, front-row VIP seating for the headlining act in the West Lounge.
• The first 20 students swiping in at their fifth Perkins Live event will receive a Fast Pass that can be used for signature novelties unique to each event. Students will receive an email notification that they qualify for the Fast Pass.
• Students who swipe into eight programs will receive exclusive VIP Member swag. Students will receive an email notification that they qualify for the VIP Member swag
• Students who swipe into 14 programs will qualify for premium quality University of Delaware gear.

Perkins Live includes 10 events throughout the course of fall semester. 

Swiping into Trabant Now events, an additional series of programs hosted by registered student organizations and Greek chapters on Saturday nights, will count toward students' eligibility for perks listed above. 

Students can swipe in with their UD ID at the Perkins Student Center Information Desk for Perkins Live, and at the door to Trabant University Center Multipurpose Room for Trabant Now events.
