This fall marks the fourth year that the YES+ course has been offered at the University of Delaware. YES+ is a five-day retreat that utilizes breath work and self-awareness practices to increase energy and well-being while reducing anxiety and stress. These practices are based on the teaching of world-renowned philanthropist and spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, founder of the Art of Living Foundation. Thousands of students from numerous universities, including Harvard, Penn and Cornell, have participated in this course. No previous experience in yoga or meditation is required.
