UD Police investigate early morning assault
5:01 p.m., Oct. 26, 2015--University of Delaware Police are investigating an assault that occurred around 3 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 25, in a campus parking lot on North College Avenue.
According to police, two male UD students were assaulted by four unknown male suspects, who kicked and punched the victims repeatedly, injuring both. After the assault, the suspects fled the area in a white, four-door sedan, model and make unknown.
Both students received medical attention and have been released from the hospital.
Three of the suspects were described as wearing dark colored hooded sweatshirts, and the other was described as wearing a red T-shirt with white writing on the front.
