Last year, UD released it strategic initiative, Delaware Will Shine: A Blueprint for a Pre-Eminent Learner-Centered Research University. According to Delaware Will Shine, UD is poised to align resources and make an impact across seven themes, one of which is “Advancing Cultural Understanding and Creative Expression.”

E-Club, which is sponsored by UD’s Horn Program in Entrepreneurship, hopes to start a campus-wide conversation about how the University accomplishes these goals, as well as new ideas on how UD can improve in these areas.

All who are interested in this discussion are invited share their thoughts on Twitter using the hashtag #CreativeUD.

The Creative Expression Competition will accept submissions until midnight, Monday, May 16. Submissions should be emailed to Jonathan Wood, head of recruitment for E-Club, at jpwood@udel.edu

Wood encourages his fellow students to be part of this discussion, saying, “Everyone has ideas. Come share yours.”

UD faculty judges will determine the winning submission, which will be featured in a variety of University platforms.
