Weinberg Center program to focus on skills of audit committees of the future
11:55 a.m., March 29, 2016--The University of Delaware’s John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance will host a panel discussion at 9 a.m., Tuesday, April 12, in the Gore Recital Hall of the Roselle Center for the Arts on the UD campus in Newark.

- Randy J. Holland, justice, Delaware Supreme Court;

The panel will be moderated by Charles Elson, UD’s Edgar S. Woolard, Jr. Chair in Corporate Governance, professor of finance and director of the Weinberg Center. The discussion will center on skills that the conversants deem critical for audit committee success in the future.
