Lerner offers cross-culture effectiveness workshop for grad students
11:35 a.m., March 28, 2016--Neha Jain, corporate trainer and founder of Value Growth LLC, will lead a workshop in cross-cultural effectiveness for graduate students on Friday, April 8, at the University of Delaware’s Lerner Grad Hub located at One South Main Street in Newark.
UD alumna Jain serves as the North America readiness leader for DuPont, where she drives the alignment among businesses, technology vendors and the DuPont leadership team for implementation of global standard processes and systems.

She holds the Six Sigma Black Belt, which she puts to use as a consultant in business planning, sales and marketing, supply chain process design and systems implementation.
The workshop will blend hands-on exercises, presentations and a diverse panel from a variety of industries. In the workshop, students will learn to:
- Successfully navigate cross-cultural business environments;
- Manage cultural transitions;
- Understand the difference between diversity and inclusion in corporate settings; and
- Create a personal global brand statement.
Seats for the daylong event are limited and registration through Handshake is required. The workshop begins at 9 a.m. and runs until 4 p.m.
