Faculty Commons Book Club summer discussion set on 'Whistling Vivaldi'
1:09 p.m., July 20, 2015--The Faculty Commons Book Club at the University of Delaware will host the first summer meeting on Wednesday, July 29, at 12:30 p.m. at Faculty Commons (116 Pearson Hall).
All are welcome to join in on the discussion of Whistling Vivaldi: How Stereotypes Affect Us and What We Can Do by Claude M Steele.

All free copies of the book have been distributed. Those who did not receive a copy can order one from their favorite bookseller, and can check the UD Barnes and Noble Bookstore for availability. Drinks and dessert will be provided and RSVP is requested.
The second book club meeting will be Aug. 21 at 12:30 p.m. in Faculty Commons (116 Pearson Hall). The second selection is the 2015 First Year Common Reader, Just Mercy: A Story of Justice and Redemption by Bryan Stevenson. Drinks and dessert will be provided at this event as well so RSVP is requested.
