Division of Student Life to launch undergraduate mentoring program
3:27 p.m., Jan. 13, 2016--The University of Delaware's Division of Student Life will be launching an undergraduate mentoring program in the spring semester, open to all students with an interest in exploring the field of student affairs.
The division's work on campus encompasses student activities, wellness, advising and much more; students from all undergraduate class standings and majors are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

Participants will be matched with an experienced student affairs professional on UD's Newark campus, and will have the opportunity to build a one-on-one professional mentoring relationship that will provide them with real-world experience in the Student Life environment as well as beneficial advice pertaining to their potential career path.
It is anticipated that the total time commitment for each mentee, based on their availability, will be around four hours per month.
