Prepare for grad school, law school exams through courses offered by UD

1:59 p.m., Jan. 26, 2016--The University of Delaware’s Division of Professional and Continuing Studies is offering GRE (Graduate Record Exam) and LSAT (Law School Admission Test) exam prep classes on campus this spring.

For both the LSAT and the GRE, a free strategy workshop is being planned, as well as an intensive exam prep course.

As it neared time for the processional to open the University of Delaware Commencement ceremonies, graduating students and faculty members shared their feelings about what the event means to them.

It was a day of triumph, cheers and collective relief as more than 160 students from 21 nations participated in the University of Delaware's Doctoral Hooding Convocation held Friday morning on The Green.

The free strategy workshops are open to anyone wishing to learn more about the GRE or LSAT exam, including study tips, examples of typical exam questions, scoring methods and a question-and-answer session with the test prep instructor. 

The in-depth exam preparation courses provide expert classroom instruction from experienced exam prep professionals, using proven strategies and techniques to help students prepare for these important tests.

UD students and alumni receive a 15 percent discount when enrolling in these courses. The strategy workshops are free; online registration is required.

A limited number of need-based scholarships are available to first generation college students wishing to enroll in one of these test prep programs. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with preference given to submissions received at least three weeks prior to the applicable course start date.

UD’s test prep courses are offered in partnership with Educational Testing Consultants (ETC), a leader in higher education test preparation.
