UD's Tiffany Gill to lead discussion after screening of film 'Selma'
9:02 a.m., Feb. 11, 2016--The University of Delaware Department of Black American Studies and the Center for Black Culture will present a screening of the film Selma at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 18, in Multipurpose Rooms A and B of the Trabant University Center.
The screening will be followed by a discussion led by Tiffany M. Gill, associate professor of Black American studies and history.

University of Delaware graduates planning to attend Alumni Weekend are encouraged to register for the annual Blue Hen 5K walk and run, which will be held Sunday morning, June 5.
June 6-9: Food and culture series
The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.
The event, part of Black History Month activities, is free and open to the public.
