UD employee-only fitness classes offered during spring semester
2:10 p.m., Feb. 9, 2016--For those who don’t want to leave their New Year’s resolutions unresolved, University of Delaware Employee Wellbeing is offering employee-only fitness classes during the spring semester.
Courses include an expanded yoga schedule and new Pilates class. Classes are open to employees, their spouses and retirees. Participants pay $40 for 15 weeks of classes.

Offered both in the Carpenter Sports Building and in the Early Learning Center, classes include Balance and Strength; Yoga; Foundational Yoga; Zumba; Zumba Gold; Cardio Strength; Step, Cardio, Strength, and Core; and Pilates.
“Aside from the fact you get to be active with your peers, the majority of classes are taught by UD employees,” Ryan Keenan, Employee Wellbeing coordinator, said. “We have a variety of classes that are welcoming to all fitness levels.”
