Participants can join coed, men’s, women’s and Greek Life leagues. All intramural sports leagues are open to UD students, staff and faculty, and alumni with a Lil Bob membership.

Personal training
Those who are not sure how to get started with fitness goals or who want to push themselves to a new level should consider working with one of Campus Recreation’s nationally certified personal trainers. Each trainer will create an exercise program that is safe, effective, and tailored to meet specific fitness goals. Participants can choose from several packages and schedule sessions at their convenience.
Participants can also register for small group training with 2-4 people. This option provides all the benefits of personal training, but with the added bonus of training with a friend.
